I don't have a vehicle, but Rachel always picked me up or met me with a smile and got us to whatever viewing we had scheduled, going back to some homes more than once. "We met Lindsay at an open house across the street from us in Petworth and were immediately struck by how natural and approachable she was. We were impressed by her professionalism and warmth and never felt like she was pushy or trying to sell us something. We had met with a lot of Realtors® who gave off that “used car salesman” vibe that we were grateful that she was able to just be herself. When it came time to sell our house a few years later, we called Lindsay. She came with a comprehensive strategy that covered prep work and staging to list price and ideal listing date. She brought a team of professionals to help stage, take pictures and video, get the house listed and hold open houses. Her coordination with us throughout was always prompt and seamless. Lindsay’s knowledge of the DMV market as a whole and our neighborhood in particular was a huge asset for us and she always took the time to make sure we were up to speed with how market trends were informing our sale strategy. In the end we walked away from our experience with Lindsay feeling like we had hit a homerun with our choice of Realtor®. We did not have a single complaint or piece of constructive feedback, which is rare for us. After working together so closely and getting to know Lindsay and her family, the only downside to the whole experience was having to leave a new friend."

I had a unique situation and needed to conduct my home search via some in-person and virtual methods. This was new for me but necessary given my busy work travel schedule. I’m not new to homeownership. Yet, Lindsay and Brian made it completely manageable and rather easy to conduct a thoughtful search. I had a long list of requirements and she was honest with me about the tradeoffs and helped me clarify my needs. She’s a great listener, patient, and problem-solver. There were many instances when her instincts (and Brian’s feedback) were critical in my decision-making process. I grew to implicitly trust them both and the team. When I found the right home, they were patient with my indecisiveness and supportive of me and my process the entire time. I can’t be happier with my new home in DC. Great location, great price, and ticked the boxes on my list. Lindsay and Brian are the Realtors® that people wish they had. I certainly feel blessed to have had them in my corner."
